Student Competition Roster Requirements

• Complete Payments for Team Registration/Districts/States

• Complete Worlds Registration Payment - Required for Comp Leads; Refunded if not qualified

• Complete Department Training Project

• Fulfill 30 Event Volunteer Hours (FLL, FTC, FRC, Team Events)

• Attend December Mock Kickoff

• Maintain Good Standing With School & Team (GPA, Attendance, Code of Conduct, Handbook)

• Parent Involvement Requirement Completed

  • Attend Fall Team Orientation & Parent Meeting

Competition Lead Requirements

• Completed All Student Requirements Above

• Fulfill 40 Event Volunteer Hours (FLL, FTC, FRC, Team Events)

• Participate in tryouts for Competition Lead (Drive Team, Presenter) - selected by Cap/Mentor

• Attend FRC Season Kickoff (Jan) - first Saturday of the new year

• Parent Involvement Requirement Completed - Support Team As A Volunteer/Chaperone

• Mentored an FTC/FLL Team - highly encouraged, but not required 

COMPLETE BY MAY SENIOR PICNIC

Next Season Captain Requirements

• Completed All Student & Competition Lead Requirements Above

• Attend FRC Season Kickoff & All Competitions (In-Season & Off-Season)

• Captain Eligibility

  • Obtain 3 Referrals - Department Mentor + 2 Captains

  • Prepare formal 3-min speech, followed by 2-min Q&A

  • Parent Involvement Requirement Completed - Support Team As A Volunteer/Chaperone

  • Mentored an FTC/FLL Team - highly encouraged, but not required

• Submit Receipts To Be Reimbursed

  • Mentors/Chaperones Only - If you have receipts to be reimbursed, make sure they are submitted by May Senior Picnic to ensure they are reimbursed within our team's season fiscal year.
