• Admin Team - Made of Head Coach, Department Mentors, and Department Student Captains. Oversees team events and operations. Admin Team is also responsible for setting team agenda, maintaining operations and bringing new items to the table for discussion.

• Business Team – Oversees the team’s organization, outreach, fundraising, sponsorships, awards, and communications to keep the team running smoothly and connected to the community. These students are also encouraged to be part of Design, Fabrication, or Controls.

• Design Team - Manages the robot’s CAD design process, drawings, and 3D printing while ensuring parts are organized, manufacturable, and ready for fabrication.

• Fabrication Team - Manages the safe construction of the robot by organizing the shop, training students on tools, and making sure parts and assemblies are built correctly and on schedule.

• Controls Team - Develops and maintains the robot’s programming, electronics, and sensors while managing code organization and helping students build software and controls skills.
